Shipping

Standard shipping on full size products within the UK is free. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked and should be delivered between 2-4 working days. 

If you require shipping to Europe and the rest of the world, please email customercare@kelseyskin.com and we'll see what we can do. 

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) that you have bought we are happy to offer you a refund provided that they are returned to us within 14 days of the receipt of the goods and they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the products are not in a saleable condition.

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please email our customer services team at customercare@kelseyskin.com. Please provide your order number when doing so. As the customer you will be responsible for the payment of returning goods to us and we cannot be held responsible if items do not reach our customer service team. We suggest that you use a registered and/or trackable service and retain the receipt and tracking information.

Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible once we have received the goods and agreed that their condition is re-saleable. During busy periods please allow a maximum of 14 days for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be made to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
